Welcome to the Atlanta Police Foundation Housing Incentive Program!  Here is your opportunity to display your property for rent OR for sale to the entire Atlanta Police Department AND do your part to increase police presence in your community!

How It Works

There are only 2 requirements to enroll your property in the APF Housing Incentive Program:

1.  The property must be located with the City of Atlanta limits.  Not sure if the property is in city limits?  Enter the property address in the interactive APD Zone Map to verify.

2.  The property must include an associated incentive.  The incentive can take the form of discounted rent, courtesy rent, discounted purchase price, matching relocation bonus incentive, seller-paid closing costs, or other creative incentives within your resources to motivate an Atlanta police officer to move to your property, neighborhood, or community*.

*All lease agreements or other terms of the housing contract are between the officer and  the housing provider and are not governed or enforced by the Atlanta Police Foundation.

Any agreement between the officer and housing provider for services rendered (if applicable) must conform to the current policies and procedures of the Atlanta Police Department.

Next Steps

Once you decide on your incentive, to enroll your property, simply complete the applicable fields below.  Click the 'Submit Form' button.  You will receive confirmation that your property has been successfully enrolled.  You can submit as many properties as you like with up to 5 photos per property. 

Processing

Please be sure to include your contact information in your submission.  Your enrollment cannot be processed without it.  Your contact information WILL NOT be visible on the 'Property Search' feature of the site.  You will be notified via email from the Atlanta Police Foundation of any inquiries about your property.

Please allow up to 1 week for your submission to be uploaded to the site.  If you need to make changes to a previous submission, you must complete a new submission form.  Please allow 2-3 business days for changes to be reflected.

Privacy Policy

You will receive notification via email from the Atlanta Police Foundation of any inquiries made about your property.  Though we strive to protect your information, the Atlanta Police Foundation cannot ensure or warrant against unsolicited messages from other parties.
