The Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) has committed to match the APF Relocation Bonus Incentive for officers moving to Downtown!
In addition to receiving $1,000 for relocating to the City of Atlanta, applicants are eligible to receive an additional $1,000 for moving to Downtown - for a total incentive of $2,000!
Who's eligible?
All active, sworn Atlanta police officers who relocate to Downtown on or after February 1, 2011.
New recruits of the Atlanta Police Academy who reside in Downtown upon being sworn.
Eligible properties
The Downtown incentive applies to purchases, rentals and courtesy officer units inside the boundaries of North Avenue, Boulevard, I-20, and Northside Drive.

How do I apply?
To apply for the Downtown incentive, simply complete the Relocation Bonus Incentive Application , W-9 Form, and the Downtown Addendum (included in application), and return to the Atlanta Police Foundation along with the supporting documentation. Please allow 10-15 business days for processing.
