The Mounted Patrol recently visited City View Scholars Academy for Community Helpers Day! Some youth had the chance to meet the officers and horses while learning about the important roles people play in keeping Atlanta safe.Mounted Patrol officers use specially trained horses to support large events, assist in crowd control, patrol city parks, and serve as approachable ambassadors of public safety.
