Recently, the Atlanta Police Leadership Institute - APLI celebrated another graduating class. Throughout the program, these officers strengthened their leadership abilities and deepened their commitment to serving Atlanta’s communities.
APLI, supported by the Atlanta Police Foundation, is designed to develop strong leaders at every stage of an officer’s career. Its five-tier structure introduces increasing levels of responsibility, helping officers grow from understanding day-to-day operations to confidently leading people, shaping policy, and guiding departmental priorities.
